We appreciate your interest in requesting a donation from our business. To streamline the process and be transparent, we have established the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility Criteria:

  1. We primarily consider donation requests from non-profit organizations, public schools, and community groups.
  2. The organization, school, or group should be based in Central Indiana.
  3. We prioritize events and initiatives focusing on public education and libraries.

2. Donation Requests:

  1. Submit donation requests to [email protected] with the following information:
    1. Name and description of the organization, school, or community group
    2. Contact information (name, phone number, email address, mailing address)
    3. Amount or type of donation requested – be as specific as possible
    4. Intended use of the donation
  2. Allow 30 days for review.

3. Evaluation and Selection Process:

  1. We evaluate requests based on our eligibility criteria and financial capacity.
  2. Due to the volume of requests, we cannot fulfill every donation request, even if they meet our guidelines.
  3. Priority will be given to representatives of organizations who consistently shop at Orangily.

4. Ineligible Requests:

  1. If the donation request is for a specific fundraising event, alcohol consumption should not be the central activity. Ex: wine or beer tasting event
  2. We generally do not consider donations to individuals or personal fundraisers.
  3. Sponsorships for events or programs primarily benefiting commercial entities or for-profit activities are not within the scope of our donation program.

5. Communication and Notification:

  1. We will respond to donation requests within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. If we approve your request, we will communicate the decision and arrange for the donation to be provided as agreed upon. You are responsible for donation pickup. We do not mail gift cards or items.
  3. We will notify you if your request is declined.
