What you first need to know

• We do not collect any fees or percentages of sales or registrations. However, we expect event partners to generate at least $125 in sales per hour for meetings or events.
• We do not host events for political candidates or political groups.
• Keep in mind that not everyone might get as excited about alcohol-free options as you do!
• We are NOT responsible for event marketing. Promoting partner events on our social media channels or in Orangily’s Sparkling AF Newsletter is at our discretion.

To get on the store calendar

1. Send your meeting or event proposal to Kristin Patrick at [email protected]. Be sure to include the desired location: Carmel or South Broad Ripple.
2. Once you and Kristin have finalized the details, send a calendar invitation to [email protected].

Within a week of the event

• Please let Kristin know approximately how many people you expect to attend and whether you require tables and chairs. Also, let her know if you will need access to an outlet.
• Submit our General Waiver of Liability Form.

What we can provide

• 2 cocktail-style tables with white draped or black fitted tablecloths
• 3 six-foot folding tables
• 24 black folding chairs
• Extra chairs from Cafe Patachou patio are available at the Carmel shop if needed for evening meetings or events
• Microphone with speakers

Accessibility

• We have a microphone with large speakers available for events.
• We keep our pathways stroller- and wheelchair-accessible.
